yeah... but i don't want to waste the work you've done. might not be a bad idea to add a bit extra interest for the avid rider. I've dug a few feet of trail on either side and dug holes for the footings. I cut and flattened the 2 stringers (but one might be too small!) and cut 5 slats. So if I had some muscle and the stringers are long enough then 1 more day should do it.
